Things to Note When Booking:
- Base cabin rate includes 2 people
- 2 Night Minimum, Holiday Weekend 3 Night Minimum
- Deposit Minimum: First night’s cabin reservation.
- Refund Policy: There is a $25 cancellation fee for cancellations more than 14 days prior to your arrival. For cancellations within 14 days of your arrival there is no refund. Holidays or Race Days no refunds.
- You must be at least 21 to rent a cabin and/or RV or tent site
- $30.00 charge for Early Check-in or Late Check-out. (Based on availability)
- Check-in time is 3 pm, Check-out time is 11 a.m.
- Resort amenities include a beautiful 12 acre spring fed lake, sandy beach, swimming, fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, Wibits floating obstacle course, heated pool, splash pad, canoe, kayak and paddle boat rentals, beach volleyball, playground, themed weekends and on-site grille café.
- Fully equipped kitchen equals pots and pans, utensils, place setting for 6, cutting board, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, etc.
- Linen Cozy Convenience Packages are available for a fee and include: pillows and bed and bath linens. (Does not include a bathmat, dishcloths or dish towels). Cost is $39.99, provides for 2 people.
- No smoking (including vaping) or pets allowed. Includes Cabin Interior, Porch, Deck or Entrance.
- Beach, pool and splash pad are swim at your own risk. There is not a lifeguard on duty. Hours are 9:30 a.m. – 9 p.m. or dusk.
- Paddle Boat: Paddle Boats: Premium and Premium Plus Cabins ONLY, will be by private cabin dock. Must wear life vests.
- Additional Rentals: Golf carts, Wibit aqua-park, laser tag, paddle boats, canoes and kayaks
- Visitors are welcome to visit cabin guests until 10:30 pm.
- Quiet time is 11 pm to 8 am, the park is closed during this time to inbound campers.
- Trash disposal is at end of driveway by 8PM, please do not leave trash outside overnight
- Firewood is not allowed to be brought into the park, it can be purchased at the Natural Springs Resort’s Camp Store.
- Other items you’ll want to consider bringing: paper goods/products, coffee filters, roasting sticks for marshmallows, a lighter for the fire ring, ice, soap, beach towels, tablecloth for the picnic table, bug spray and water shoes.
- Coin operated laundry facility is located in the middle bath-house
- Before arriving, sign the online waiver (required by all guests) to save time checking-in.
Check Out Procedures:
- Check out time no later than 11AM
- Clean cabin, porch and patio areas
- Wash dishes and place them back where you found them
- Put used linens on each respective bed
- Place bagged trash at the end of driveway
- $50.00 Cleaning Fee will be applied if cabin or site is left dirty (includes exterior, private dock and paddle boat).
