Reservations

All reservations are taken on a first come first serve basis. Therefore, early reservations are encouraged. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation. Campsites are limited to six people. Maximum occupancy in cabins varies depending on the size cabin rented. Additional guests must pay either a $3 day fee or $6 overnight fee to enter the grounds. (Reminder; six people per site)

All holiday weekends must be paid in full at the time of the reservation. All other reservations require a non-refundable deposit ($10 for each camp-site, $25 for each cabin), and must be paid in full two weeks prior to arrival.

Check In is 2:00 PM for campsites and 3:00 PM for cabins. Cost of early check in or late check- out is ½ the daily rate.

Check Out is 2:00 PM for campsites and cabins.

There will be no check-ins after 10:30pm.

Campsites

Sites are limited to one RV unit and one small tent or one large tent and one small tent. Maximum number of people per campsite is six.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds for inclement weather, early departure or ejection by management. For cancellations received 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, fees paid in excess of the nonrefundable deposit will be refunded. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will forfeit all fees paid.

Swimming is at your own rish. There is no lifeguards are on duty.

Bicycling, Skateboarding and Golf Carts

Bicycling, Skateboarding and Golf Cart usage is AT YOUR OWN RISK! Licensed drivers may drive golf carts only! No riding or driving after dark, even if you have lights.

Inclement Weather

The Chapel basement or either of the two bath houses are places for shelter in case of severe weather.

Pets

There is a maximum of 2 pets per site. Your pet must be on a leash at all times. Please pick up after your pet. Please have proof of shots and tags at check-in. No animals are permitted in cabins, rental buildings, on the beach or at the pool.

Laundry

Laundry facilities are located in the middle bathhouse.

Trash

Please dispose of trash including cigarette butts in proper receptacles. Place bagged trash at the end of your site by 8:00PM for pick up by a Resort staff person or you may dispose of it in a dumpster. Do not leave trash outside overnight.

Sports Equipment

Sports equipment may be rented through the store. Sports equipment available for rent includes: miniature golf, shuffleboard equipment, volleyballs, basketballs, canoes and kayaks. Paddleboats are rented at the scuba shop on Saturdays and Sundays at the store on Monday-Friday. Check in the store for further information. A picture ID is required to rent sports equipment.

Holiday Weekends

There is a minimum of a 3 night stay Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day.
